What’s included
Firstly, we can include up to 10 information pages of your choice. Simply tell us what your pages need to be called, we'll set them up and add your content for you, and you can edit them after that. Your pages can be about anything you like, but here are some suggestions to get you thinking:

All these information pages can be managed using our point-and-click Content Management System. This web-based system uses a Word-style interface that you can access by entering a username and password on a secure login page on the website itself. From here you can update the text and images on any of the pages whenever you want.
Menus
The hub of any great restaurant website, our Menus Manager ensures your Menus are up to date and relevant. You can add as many menus as you like, whether they are fixed (Lunch, Dinner etc) or seasonal (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas etc). Once you’ve created a new menu on your restaurant website, you can add dishes; with a description and price if that’s how you want to do it. The style and layout of the menus will be based on your site’s design, so all you need to do is enter the information and the system does the rest. You can also select dishes that you’d like to feature on your home page.
Bookings
Make it as easy as possible for a customer to make a booking with you – the bookings page on your site will display a simple form for the customer to fill in with their personal details and their choice of date and time. The contents of the form are emailed to your chosen email address so that you can contact the customer to discuss or confirm their booking.
Promoting your site
Your restaurant website needs to be easy to find, and we always follow best practice when building your website to make sure it’s “search engine-friendly”. This will help you appear high up the list of results when someone searches for you.
We’ll also include promotion of the site on free restaurant and business directories, and provide you with a monthly report that shows you how many people are visiting your site.

Events section
Promote your upcoming events on your website by using our Events Manager tool, where you can add and edit your special events. You can upload all the details of the event and a picture as well and, to make things easier for you, events can be automatically removed after they have happened.
Finally, you can keep your home page looking fresh and up-to-date by featuring selected events.

Image Gallery
A picture is worth a thousand words, they say. Really give your customers a feeling of what it is like to come to your restaurant by showing them beautiful images of your signature dishes, enticing shots of the décor or even mug shots of your staff! Your uploaded images are automatically resized to fit the design of the site and can be categorized, with each gallery showing small “thumbnail” images, that customers can click on to open up a larger version of the same image.

Email newsletter
Encourage your regular customers to sign up to your email newsletter and you have the opportunity to market your events and latest news to them each week/month/quarter – as often as you like. Imagine being able to place your “advert” on someone’s desk, tempting them with this month’s promotional offer. Email newsletters have proved to be an exceptionally effective marketing tool for getting repeat business from regular customers.
